Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Tiered RBAC & Service Models

Voypath operates on a defined 8-tier hierarchy to tailor services to user needs. Accessing our /private and /executive routes constitutes an explicit agreement to a high-touch service model. This model requires a manual "Request a Consultation" handshake to ensure personalized service delivery.

2. Corporate Authority & Oversight

For corporate accounts, users acknowledge and agree that designated Manager and Director roles possess full oversight and approval authority over all spend and itineraries. This structure ensures compliance with corporate travel policies and budget management.

3. Voypath Pay (Reg Z) & Expense Intelligence

Participation in the Voypath Pay installment plan constitutes a binding repayment agreement under Regulation Z. By using our expense intelligence features, you authorize "Triple-Fetch" technology—accessing Email, API, and Level 3 Bank Data—to provide zero-touch expense reporting and analysis.

4. Anti-Abuse & Security

We maintain a strict prohibition against external AI crawlers, bots, or scrapers. Unauthorized access to our "Secure asf" environment, or any attempt to bypass Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or Biometric security measures, is a direct violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

5. Data Sovereignty & Third-Party Terms

While the use of the Local AI Agent ensures your data remains private within your local environment, initiating third-party handshakes (e.g., with Amadeus, Google, Expedia) subjects relevant data to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You acknowledge that Voypath is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party providers once a handshake is initiated.
