Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Service Access
VoyPath operates on a defined 8-tier hierarchy to tailor services to user needs. Accessing our /private and /executive routes constitutes an explicit agreement to a high-touch service model. This model requires a manual "Request a Consultation" handshake to ensure personalized service delivery.
2. Corporate Oversight
For corporate accounts, authorized administrators, managers, and approvers may have oversight over travel, spend, and workflow data according to the permissions configured for that organization.
3. VoyPath Pay (Reg Z) & Expense Intelligence
Participation in the VoyPath Pay installment plan constitutes a binding repayment agreement under Regulation Z. By using our expense intelligence features, you authorize "Triple-Fetch" technology—accessing Email, API, and Level 3 Bank Data—to provide zero-touch expense reporting and analysis.
4. Security & Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security controls, scrape protected areas, or access accounts or data that you are not authorized to use. VoyPath may suspend access, investigate abuse, and collaborate with lawful enforcement requests where appropriate.
5. Third-Party Services
While the use of the Local AI Agent ensures your data remains private within your local environment, initiating third-party handshakes (e.g., with Amadeus, Google, Expedia) subjects relevant data to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You acknowledge that VoyPath is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party providers once a handshake is initiated.
