We do not rely on unsupported blanket claims about data sale, statutory scope, or provider usage.

VoyPath may use software-assisted automation and AI-powered features to help with planning, support, and travel operations.
- Deployment ContextThe VoyPath Local AI Agent processes PII to automate travel logistics and financial reconciliation.
- Provider BoundariesSome features may rely on third-party infrastructure or APIs. We do not promise air-gapped or purely local processing unless a specific deployment contract says so.
- Human ReviewAI-assisted outputs may require user or operator review before they are relied on for sensitive travel, billing, or compliance decisions.
03. CONNECTED DATA SOURCES
By using VoyPath, you grant explicit consent for:
Connected-provider features may collect transaction and receipt information from supported travel, expense, or document workflows when enabled.
Identity or account verification only occurs through the providers and workflows that are actually enabled in the product at the time of use.
Location and trip data are used to support active itineraries, traveler safety features, and trip coordination where those features are enabled.
04. USER RIGHTS & OPT-OUTS
Texas and California residents have the right to:
- Adjust Privacy Choices: Use the privacy choices control in our footer to keep optional analytics and marketing features disabled on this device.
- Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your account data through our privacy request workflow. If you need help, contact support for assistance with a verified request.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): When a supported browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to keep optional analytics and marketing disabled for that session.
