3. Guest Mode Data Waiver

By using our "Guest Mode" features, you acknowledge and agree that your trip data is stored exclusively in your local browser cache. Clearing your browser cache will result in permanent loss of this data unless it has been explicitly migrated to a permanent "Trip" profile or saved to an account.
